The AutoTap ODB II Diagnostic
Scanner is a pretty handy little fellow. Read/reset trouble codes,
analyze performance data, even tweak settings (for certain engines only).
Excellent tool, though the software leaves a little bit to be desired. Read
your trouble codes before taking your car to the shop, you might be able to fix
the problem yourself and at least you will have some idea what you are getting
yourself in to when you do take it to the shop. A couple hundred bucks for this
tool (you must already own a computer, laptops work best), verse thousands of
dollars to purchase a full dedicated diagnostic tool is a pretty good deal.
